WHAT CAN WE SAY. EVERYTHING WE WERE TOLD AS WE DEALT TO RENT THIS PLACE, WAS EXACTLY THE WAY OUR TRIP WENT. WE GOT OFF THE PLANE, WALKED OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT, AND THERE HE WAS THE VAN DRIIVER WITH OUR NAME ON A PLACARD TO GET OUR ATTENTION. MADE TO CANCUN PLAZA IN LESS THEN 30 MINUTES AFTER GETTING OFF THE PLANE. OUR ROOM, WHAT A VIEW, YOU SIT ON OUR PRIVATE 4 FLOOR BLACONY ENJOYING THE BEACH RIGHT BELOW YOU, AWESOME!!! THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN, EVERYTHING IS SUPPLIED FROM FORKS AND KNIFES, TO MICROWAVE,AND HUGE FRIDGE. FOR A MERE .85 PESO YOU CAN TAKE THE BUS UP AND DOWN THE HOTEL ZONE, BONUS BUS STOP RIGHT IN FRONT OF CANCUN PLAZA THE OWNERS WERE VERY ACCOMADATING TO OUR NEEDS. WE WOULD TO THANK THEM FOR A VERY MEMORABLE VACATION.

Everything was exactly as mentioned in the property description. I was a solo traveler found the unit perfect in size, location and amenities. The owners were on site and very accomodating as was the staff. The pool and beach front were excellent. Perhaps my favorite aspect was the spacious balcony with a great view of the ocean and beachfront. The bus transportation was easy and very available. I usually just paid $1USD and hopped on. All in all a real nice place with a relaxed atmosphere at a super reasonable rate. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We spend 2 weeks at Robert and Fran condo.Everything was as shown,plus the most spectacular balcony of the entire complex!bOur host were attentive and carrying.No place for a complaint. The room was clean and a maid was always there to do the cleaning and even our dishes! Gratias! We met great people and made friends too.The neverendingpool is exquisite and their is a lot of chairs.The beach is awsome and large.There is a gate and we feel very secure.We were receive as guest,we made friends and we leave whit the feeling of being part of the familly.Thanks to Mister ROBERTO! and the adorable fran for their kindness .To a citizen of the world to another…Merci et nous vous aimons! Thank you and we love you!

The accommodation was a little on the small side side, but adequate..basic but clean . The views from the balcony was just incredible, you could not ask for more. The bus service out side the property was incredible buses every couple of mins for only a dollar you could get anywhere you needed to go…..even Walmart 45 mins away. The hosts were so lovely, so friendly and kind and anything you needed they would supply if they could. We had a wonderful holiday and would definately go back to Mexico

Everything listed on the internet was correct. Could,nt ask for a better place to stay for a very reasonable price. Host are very helpful. Transportion at your door step, busses running every 5 minutes or less. Pool, restaurant and beach were all very nice. Can,t say enough. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice clean, quite place to stay.

This is our 5th trip to Cancun. This Condo was perfect for my wife and I! Very great price for what you get. The owners go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Thanks Fran! They provided airport transportation which usually runs about 75 usd round trip. Furniture and T.V. are updated from the current pictures. Air conditioner worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Pool was great. Property is not overcrowded with plenty of beach chairs. Building is very secure. Maid service. There are two convenience stores within walking distance where you can get beer and junk food. Bus stop right outside to get wherever you want in hotel zone. Very satisfied and will be staying here again next time we go to Cancun! Thanks again Fran for the wonderful and stress less vacation rental! Justin and Natalie
