WHAT CAN WE SAY. EVERYTHING WE WERE TOLD AS WE DEALT TO RENT THIS PLACE, WAS EXACTLY THE WAY OUR TRIP WENT. WE GOT OFF THE PLANE, WALKED OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT, AND THERE HE WAS THE VAN DRIIVER WITH OUR NAME ON A PLACARD TO GET OUR ATTENTION. MADE TO CANCUN PLAZA IN LESS THEN 30 MINUTES AFTER GETTING OFF THE PLANE. OUR ROOM, WHAT A VIEW, YOU SIT ON OUR PRIVATE 4 FLOOR BLACONY ENJOYING THE BEACH RIGHT BELOW YOU, AWESOME!!! THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN, EVERYTHING IS SUPPLIED FROM FORKS AND KNIFES, TO MICROWAVE,AND HUGE FRIDGE. FOR A MERE .85 PESO YOU CAN TAKE THE BUS UP AND DOWN THE HOTEL ZONE, BONUS BUS STOP RIGHT IN FRONT OF CANCUN PLAZA THE OWNERS WERE VERY ACCOMADATING TO OUR NEEDS. WE WOULD TO THANK THEM FOR A VERY MEMORABLE VACATION.

Everything was exactly as mentioned in the property description. I was a solo traveler found the unit perfect in size, location and amenities. The owners were on site and very accomodating as was the staff. The pool and beach front were excellent. Perhaps my favorite aspect was the spacious balcony with a great view of the ocean and beachfront. The bus transportation was easy and very available. I usually just paid $1USD and hopped on. All in all a real nice place with a relaxed atmosphere at a super reasonable rate. I would recommend this place to anyone.
